Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - La Esposita Bonita Estate in Varysburg - which has been closed since the pandemic - has been sold in a $1.35 million dollar deal with the wedding venue expected to reopen by June.
The venue was acquired by Lindsey and Carmelo Cruz in a deal that closed back on December 29th as the venue will offer both barn and farm weddings.
Rosina Food Products has sold one of its buildings in Cheektowaga for $600,000 thousand dollars with locations on 160 French Road and 15 Industrial Parkway purchased by French Road Plaza Inc.

The buyers of the hotel have not been identified as of yet but they do have a closing date in mid to late 2026 as the potential buyers signed a deal in mid-2025.
