A change in plans coming for BestSelf Behavioral Health. Public outcry concerning its original proposal to develop two apartment buildings at the former Central Park Plaza for single mothers and women expecting babies forcing them to re-think their plans. According to Business First, developer Savarino companies will scale down from 82 to 66 apartments in one building.
