Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Walden Galleria is at risk of foreclosure after its owners failed to pay off a $220 million loan. According to Buffalo Business First, the lender is currently considering a short-term forbearance which would delay mortgage payments. The CEO of Pyramid, which owns the mall told Business First that the mall is healthy and viable and there's currently "active dialogue" with their lender. The mall's appraised value fell 64% between 2012 and 2020.

The AP's John Wawrow is reporting that Swannie House has been purchased for around $1.8 million. Wawrow says that doesn't include cleanup and upgrade costs. There's also no timetable for a re-opening.

Shake Shack in Amherst has an official opening date. The franchise's first Buffalo area location will open its doors next Wednesday morning at 11 at 1531 Niagara Falls Boulevard. $1 from every sandwich sold on the first day will be donated to FeedMore WNY.

Shanor Electric Supplies, a division of NOCO, is adding industrial motors to its line of products. The motors will be used across various industries including agriculture, manufacturing, food processing and HVAC.
