Retailer Primark is coming to the Walden Galleria. Business First reports the Irish international company sells items from clothing and home décor to beauty products. No word about an opening date or location as of yet, though.
Niagara University has received a $10 million gift from Jeff and Mary Helen Holzschuh. In recognition, the university will rename its college of business the Holzschuh College of Business Administration.
The acquisition of the former Bristol Home at 1500 Main Street by Jericho Road Community Health Center for $2 million has been finalized. Business First notes it will move its Vive shelter there later this year.
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York partner Amerigroup has extended a $55,000 grant to Catholic Charities of Buffalo. The funds will allow Catholic Charities to extend its Advancing Health Equity initiative through its Women, Infants & Children program. The health plan also donated $5,000 to assist Catholic Charities' Immigration and Refugee Assistance Program.
