Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - We'll have to wait a little while longer for Costco to open in Amherst. The Buffalo News first reported that weather has delayed construction, and early August is the new target date for opening. Construction on Ridge Lea Road began in November. Dick's House of Sport, which is being built close to the future Costco location, is set to open this spring.
Hilbert College is teaming up with Heard of Buffalo to establish a creative production hub on-campus, giving students hands-on experience producing live shows, digital content, and commercials. The partnership also brings the popular Trainwreck Sports podcast to Hilbert's campus.
Lawley has promoted three new partners. Michael Szymoniak Jr. and Adam Clouden have been named to Partner within the Employee Benefits division, while Michael Bandini was named Partner with the firm's Property & Casualty division.
