Wegmans is investing $3 million into the planned $18 million expansion project of Perry's Ice Cream. According to Business First, the deal would provide "future benefits related to a new product offering and preferential production scheduling and pricing" for Wegmans. Perry's is adding 20,000 square feet to its current facility in order to mass produce ice cream bars on a stick.
For its fiscal year that ended October 31st, HUNT Real Estate ERA broke previous records for sales. In 2022, HUNT Real Estate ERA sold 13,824 residential units totaling $4.076 billion in sales volume. That eclipsed the $4 billion mark for the first time in the company's 111-year history.
Canisius College has sold its Demerly Hall property at 2365 Main Street for $2.15 million to Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers. Business First reports the new owner will use the building for case worker and administrative offices, replacing leased space on nearby Jewett Parkway.
