Florida based real estate investment group North American Development has purchased the WellNow Urgent Care building at 3921 Harlem Road for $2.2 million. WellNow will remain tenants in the 9,000 square foot facility.
Buffalo Creek Bar and Grill is coming to West Seneca this July. The restaurant will move into the site previously occupied by Nickel Creek Café at 4717 Clinton Street. Patrons to the eatery can expect a menu consisting of popular bar foods.
Lancaster is getting a new car wash. Connecticut based Splash Car Washes plans to open a location at 3620 Walden Ave. and 371 Central Avenue. Construction is expected to begin in October with the location opening in Spring of 2023.
