The West Herr Automotive Group presented Sister Mary Johnice at The Reponse To Love Center with a brand new Ford E-Transit All-Electric Cargo Van and a charging station for the van. The Response to Love Center provides 6,000 meals a month to those in need in the City of Buffalo, and the new van will provide transportation for the Center in this endeavor.
The NFTA and Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club are partnering for a Kids Terminal Trot taking place this morning at 10:30a.m. at Niagara Falls International Airport. Participants will be allowed to race around the terminal and also explore the airport. The event is part of the leadup to the airport's Run the Runway 5k which takes place Saturday, August 26th.
O-AT-KA Milk Products of Batavia will provide the 800 pounds of butter to be used in construction of the New York State Fair butter sculpture. The sculpture will be unveiled at the State Fair next Tuesday in Syracuse.
