West Herr Automotive Group has proposed building a new Lincoln dealership. Business First reports the location would be on a parcel it owns on Millersport Highway across from a current Ford-Lincoln dealership. Should approvals be granted, construction could begin this March with plans for a fall opening.
Just a few months ago, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. proposed a $90.2 million expansion of its research and development operations at 3175 Staley Road. Now according to Business First, Thermo Fisher would like to tackle another expansion pegged at $85 million that would create 60 more jobs. A public hearing on the project will be held January 19th.
New York City based investment group is trying to work out a deal for an unfinished hotel at 1265 Sweet Home Road. DMG Investments LLC reportedly wants to buy the six-story building and convert it into over 250 apartments.
