Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - M&T Bank Corporate senior executive vice president Darren King is leaving the company after 24 years, according to a filing made Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The single-sentence announcement says King will "separate from the company effective Aug. 10."
King, who was 54 when the company's annual report was filed in February, joined M&T in 2000. He was appointed chief financial officer in 2016, replacing René Jones, who was promoted to chairman and CEO.

As the majority of its workforce opts to remain in remote work situations, Univera Healthcare is significantly cutting back on its Williamsville office space.
The health plan will give up much of its space at 205 Park Club Lane when the current lease expires in two-plus years. Ciminelli Real Estate owns the 129,000-square-foot building.
Arthur Wingerter, Univera president, said the company has remained committed to the remote and hybrid model it adopted since the pandemic for its 565 employees.

Catholic Health has named its first chief nursing officer.
Catherine "Kate" Mohr will join the system in late July from Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, North Carolina, where she has served as CNO since 2021. She brings a 30-year background in health care, including posts in both academic medical centers and community hospitals.
