BUFFALO (WBEN) - "Western New York has made good progress," said Governor Andrew Cuomo during a Monday morning press briefing in Albany, as the region's positivity and hospitalization rates currently stand at 6.43% and .04%, respectively.

"Western New York has done a good job in getting ahead of their positivity rate," Cuomo continued. "They had the highest positivity rate in the state, and today they are the fourth lowest in the State of New York, so I think Western New York has heard the message."
