Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Buffalo Police have a second suspect in custody in connection with Tuesday afternoon's homicide on Koons Avenue.
The 15 year old male has been identified as Martin Norris.
A 19 year old man is in stable condition, and a 17 year old girl was killed in the shooting inside a home.
