AMHERST, N.Y. (WBEN).......For the second time in 10 days, investors have paid top dollar for an Amherst apartment complex.
In the latest deal, the 108-unit Chestnut Ridge Court apartments at 4280 Chestnut Ridge Road sold for $14.1 million with investors 4280 CR Property LLC and Amherst Ridge 704 2 LLC buying the 1970s-era complex from Orchard Park-based Chestnut Ridge Equity Enterprises LLC.
The apartments are approximately 80% leased.
The deal follows the Colonie Apartments on Sweet Home Road. also in Amherst, selling for $20.1 million in a transaction that closed on Oct. 20.
