Hamburg, NY (WBEN) Hamburg Police are investigating an overnight crash.
Police say a man and a woman had been arguing in a Walmart parking lot on Southwestern Boulevard around 4:30am. Police say the woman climbed onto the hood of the car as the car pulled out. Police say 30 year old Luis Alberto Hernandez continued to drive along Southwestern Boulevard until it struck a building.
The woman initially went to Mercy Ambulatory Care Center before being taken to ECMC for treatment of her injuries.
Hernandez is charged with reckless endangerment, police say more charges are pending.
