Amherst, NY (WBEN) Amherst Police say a Cheektowaga man is charged with opening fire at another vehicle Tuesday afternoon. Police say the suspect and victim know each other.
33 year old Shayne Ganoe faces several charges, including attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, menacing and criminal contempt.
Police say Ganoe opened fire at another vehicle along Hopkins Road around 12:30pm Tuesday. Police say witnesses and the victims came forward.
No one was hurt.
