Atlanta, GA (WBEN) Atlanta Police have given WBEN a report of the allegation in a rape lawsuit against West Seneca Police Chief Brian Cosgrove.
Police say the woman stated she along with Cosgrove and another man had met up several times during a conference and met for dinner at a restaurant near the hotel they're staying.
Afterwards, she says she and Cosgrove went to the hotel bar for drinks.T he woman told police she did not have a clear memory of what had happened during the evening.S he stated she was hurting, especially in her privates.
The woman told police she had flashbacks of Cosgrove kissing her and having sex with her.
She claims in her lawsuit she was unable to give consent.
