Bergen man charged with making 3D weapons

The arrest comes following a months-long investigation

Bergen, N.Y. (WBEN) - 35-year-old Peter Celentano of Bergen has been arrested and charged after a months-long investigation found he 3D printed more than 100 guns and accessories, including ghost guns.

New York State Police and the Genesee County Sheriffs office say they executed raids on locations in the towns of Yates and Shelby.

Celentano faces a wide array of of charges, including first degree criminal possession of a weapon, four counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon, and unlawful wearing of body armor. All of those charges are felonies.

Celentano has also been charged with multiple misdemeanors for possession of ghost guns.

He's being held on $50,000 cash bail and a $100,000 bond.
