(WBEN Buffalo, NY) Buffalo Police are investigating whether a medical emergency caused a 33-year old woman to lose control of her car Friday night before hitting three bicyclist and killing one of them.
It happened on South Park Avenue near the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.
A 29-year old woman was killed while two others were listed in serious condition.

Buffalo police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred Friday night just before 9pm.
Buffalo police accident investigators say a Chrysler 4 Door Sedan was traveling westbound on South Park Avenue when it struck a female bicyclist adjacent to the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.
Investigators say the Chrysler continued westbound on South Park and struck two more female bicyclists in the vicinity of South Park and Columbia Street.
Investigators say one of the female riders struck at this location, 29 years old of Buffalo, was transported by ambulance to Buffalo General Hospital where she was later declared deceased.
Police say the vehicle continued on - striking a parked vehicle near South Park Avenue and Mississippi Street with the parked vehicle then hitting another parked vehicle.
Police say the Chrysler came to rest near that location.
Accident investigators say they are investigating if the 33 year old female driver of the Chrysler 4 Door suffered a medical emergency.
No charges have been filed at this time. 27 years old of Getzville and a 32 year old. Both were transported by ambulance to ECMC where they were initially listed in serious condition.
