East Aurora, NY (WBEN) East Aurora Police say a BOCES employee received an emailed bomb threat to Erie 2 BOCES Ormsby Center Tuesday morning.
Police say the employee saw the email just before noon stating multiple explosive devices were placed on the school property and the sender asked for a ransom to deactivate the devices.
Students and faculty were evacuated as a precaution. State Police and Erie County Sheriff's K9s searched the property, with the all clear given just before 2pm.
Police are investigating.
