Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Buffalo man has been arraigned on Tuesday following his alleged role in a fatal shooting more than two weeks ago that left two 20-year-olds dead and another 19-year-old seriously wounded.

It is alleged that in the late night hours of Sunday, July 30 at approximately 11:30 p.m. ET, the defendant intentionally fired multiple shots into an occupied vehicle on the 100 block of Isabelle Street in the City of Buffalo.

All three victims were taken by ambulance to Erie County Medical Center, where one of the 20-year-old male victims was pronounced dead. The second 20-year-old male victim died from his injuries at ECMC four days later.

The third victim, a 19-year-old male, was hospitalized with serious physical injuries.

Thomas is scheduled to return to court on Friday, Aug. 18 at 9:30 a.m. ET for a felony hearing. He was held without bail.

If convicted of the highest counts, Thomas faces a maximum sentence of 50 years-to-life in prison.
