
Niagara Falls, N.Y. (WBEN) - Niagara Falls police have a Buffalo man in custody after a domestic incident on Sunday afternoon led to the death of a Niagara Falls woman.
Just before 2 p.m. ET on Easter, Niagara Falls police responded to a report of a domestic violence disturbance on the 2400 block of Orleans Avenue. Police say they located an unresponsive female on the floor, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Her name is not being released at this time.
A short time later, detectives located and charged 32-year-old Keith William Hill with second degree murder. Hill was also charged with criminal contempt from a previous incident.
He was arraigned in City of Niagara Falls Criminal Court on Monday, and was remanded to the Niagara County Jail. His next court appearance is set for April 4 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
