Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Buffalo Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that took place Friday night in the 900 block of Kensington Avenue.
Officers from the Northeast District responded to the call at 11:15 p.m. EST on Friday. Detectives say a 39-year-old male was struck by gunfire while inside of a vehicle. The victim from Cheektowaga was declared dead at the scene.
Detectives say the shooting appears targeted in nature.
