Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police is investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred Sunday evening in the 2500 block of Bailey Avenue.
Northeast District officers responded to the call just before 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, where detectives say a male was struck multiple times by gunfire while inside of a store.
Authorities say the 52-year-old Buffalo male was declared deceased at the scene.
Detectives say the shooting appears targeted in nature.
