Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police have announced a search warrant was carried out Sunday on Winter Street that resulted in the seizure of two weapons, around two kilograms of crack cocaine, $39,000 in cash, as well as drug paraphernalia.
Police say one arrest was made, as 50-year-old Juan Rivera of Buffalo has been charged with three felonies, including one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree.
Rivera also has been charged with a misdemeanor of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.
The Buffalo Police Narcotics Unit conducted the raid alongside Buffalo Police SWAT, HSI and K9 units.
