(WBEN Buffalo, NY) Sad news from the Town of Cheektowaga, the Chief of Police Michael Sliwinski passed away Saturday morning.
Sliwinski was rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning. According to his obituary he suffered a heart attack. He was 55 years old.
Cheektowaga Assistant Police Chief Brian Gould issued a statement, saying, "Please keep his family and our CPD family in your thoughts and prayers."
