A newly constructed four-bedroom house, developed by Natale Builders, at 9797 Longleaf Trail in the Manors at Spaulding Green subdivision sold for $1.575 million.
The deal is the 26th house in Clarence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million.
Overall, Erie County has recorded 74 homes -- this year - to sell for above the $1 million threshold and the county is pacing to see 108 homes, this year, go for more than $1 million.
That would be a new record, topping the 105 Erie County homes that sold for more than $1 million last year. Since 2024, more than 300 homes in Erie County have sold for above the $1 million threshold.
The sale of $1 million-plus homes is considered a key economic benchmark in the region's residential real estate industry.
