BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN).....Ellicott Development is reviving plans to develop an Elmwood Village apartment complex.
The plan calls for a three-story, six-unit apartment complex to be developed on a vacant lot at 615 W. Delavan Avenue.
The $1.1 million investment would neighbor Ellicott's 905 Elmwood Avenue building that's anchored by JT's restaurant.
Ellicott, seven years ago, had proposed a pair of three-story buildings with a combined 12 townhomes but the project was dropped during the Covid-19 pandemic.
In the new development plan, Ellicott would either have a patio or balcony with each of the six apartments.
If approved by various city agencies including the Buffalo Planning Board, construction could start later this year.
The project would take about 12 months to complete.
