Amherst, N.Y. (WBEN) - Amherst Town Supervisor Shawn Lavin announced on WBEN on Thursday the Costco gas station along Ridge Lea Road will open this weekend.
According to Lavin, the gas station is set for a soft opening this weekend.
"It's my understanding this will happen," he shared.
However, Lavin adds there is no timetable on when the store itself will open in Amherst, but Costco says in its website it will open in October. .
