BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN)....In one of the largest recent commercial real estate transactions in North Buffalo, investors paid nearly $12 million for a Delaware Avenue shopping center.
Delaware Place Plaza, a 75,567-square-foot plaza that dates back to the 1960s and is anchored by such tenants as Goodwill, Delaware Camera Mart and Jim's Steak Out, has been acquired by investors Delaware Place Plaza LLC, who paid $11.9 million for the property located at 2611 -2625 Delaware Avenue.
The plaza had been owned by the estate of the late investor Ron Alsheimer - through his Delaware Place Associates LLC affiliate.
The plaza is located across Delaware Avenue from the former YMCA building and, also, a Delta-Sonic Car Wash.
