A five bedroom house at 698 Windover Lane in Derby sold for $1.15 million, in a deal that closed on May 26.
The deal is the first one, this year, in Derby where a house sold for more than $1 million.
Erie County is pacing to have a $1 million-plus home sale recorded in the clerk's office once every four days.
Orchard Park is leading the way with 14 $1 million-plus residential deals - so far, this year.
The county is on a pace to see 85 homes, this year, sell for more than $1 million.
Last year, the county saw 1-05 homes sell for north of the $1 million threshold.
The sale of $1 million-plus homes is considered a key economic benchmark within the region's residential real estate industry.
