Newfane, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 40-year-old man from Gasport is facing multiple DWI charges after crashing his vehicle into a home on Lockport Olcott Road in the Town of Newfane late Tuesday night.
The crash happened shortly before midnight. Deputies arrived to the scene and arrested the driver, Christopher Fredrick.
Fredrick has been charged with a DWI, DWI with one previous conviction, and aggravated unlicensed operation, which are all felonies. Fredrick also faces numerous traffic violations.
There were no injuries to the driver or residents of the home. Damages to the home are unknown at this time.
