Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Early voting begins Saturday, June 13, for the June 23 primary elections.

There is not a lot on the ballot.


Democratic primary for the 61st State Senate District between Sen. Jeremy Zellner and Assemblyman Jon Rivera.

Democratic primary in Rivera's 149th Assembly district. Karen Hoak, a deputy commissioner of highways for Erie County Department of Public Works, is taking on tenants' rights attorney Adam Bojak and M&T Bank businessman Kevin Deese.

A statewide democratic Primary for State Comptroller. Incumbent Comptroller Tom DiNapoli is facing two Democratic opponents. Former affordable housing nonprofit leader Drew Warshaw and former Kansas legislator Raj Goyle are attempting to unseat DiNapoli from his nearly 20-year tenure as comptroller.

Also a Republican Party primary for Collins Town Justice

The Erie County Board of Elections said 38 voting sites will be open from 9am to 5pm on the weekend and noon to 9pm on weekdays.

Early voting runs thru Sunday June 21.
