ELMA, N.Y. (WBEN).....An Elma house has become Erie County's 43rd private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million.
In the latest deal, a three-bedroom house at 1049 Willardshire Road has sold to a local couple for $1.385 million.
Built in 2018, the 3,164-square-foot house sits on four-acres of land and comes with a six car garage.
Erie County is trending towards seeing a $1 million-plus private residence sale be recorded in the Erie County Clerk's office once every four days.
The county is on a pace to see at least 85 homes, this year, sell for more than $1 million.
Last year, Erie County had a record 105 homes sell for more than $1 million, which is considered a key economic benchmark within the region's residential real estate industry.
