BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN).....In separate deals, two Elmwood Village flats-turned-apartments have been sold to local investors.
The deals serve as signs that the investors are keyed into buying multi-tenant Elmwood Village properties.
In the latest two deals:
* Orchard Park-based investors 731-755 Ashland Properties LLC paid a combined $1.55 million for neighboring buildings at 731 Ashland Avenue and 755 Ashland Avenue, buying them from Buffalo-based JRS Real Estate Holdings LLC.
Both Ashland Avenue buildings date back to 1900 and combined have 8 apartments.
* Investors 115 Claremont Properties LLC paid $850,000 for a six--unit house-turned-apartment building at 115 Claremont Avenue.
Built in 1940, the building had been owned by Marquee Residential LLC.
