ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WBEN).....Erie County's run of houses selling for north of $1 million continues with two more deals closing this week - giving Erie County four $1 million-plus home sales this week and 92 for the year....so far.
In the latest deals:
* A four bedroom, 3,600-square-foot house at 6 Hidden Oak Court in Orchard Park's The Hills subdivision sold for $1.075,000.
The deal marks the 25th time, this year, an Orchard Park private residence sold for north of the $1 million threshold - a key economic benchmark within the region's residential real estate industry.
Last year, Orchard Park recorded 17 homes selling for more than $1 million.
* And, in Amherst, a four-bedroom, 6,200-square-foot house at 224 Village Pointe Lane in the Centerpointe subdivision sold for $1.55 million.
The house was the 14th, this year, in Amherst to sell for north of the $1 million benchmark.
Erie County is pacing for 110 homes, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. which would surpass last year's record 105 $1 million-plus home sales.
