(WBEN Buffalo, NY) Police continue to investigate a fatal wrong-way accident on Route 33 near Suffolk early Saturday morning.
Buffalo Police report a jeep was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes when it hit a Honda Pilot head-on.
The driver of the Jeep died. The 54-year old woman in the Honda was treated for her injuries.
While controlling traffic near the accident, a Buffalo Police car was hit by another vehicle. Those two officers were treated at ECMC.
