Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo welcomed the first baby of 2026 early Wednesday morning, just 26 minutes into the new year.
Nah’Vyir Hall-Nettles was born at 12:26 a.m. to parents Alanisa Hall and Ja’kari Nettles of Buffalo. He is the couple’s first child. Nah’Vyir measured 20 inches long and weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces at birth.
The hospital, formerly known as John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital, presented the family with a gift package courtesy of Fisher-Price.
