BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - Governor Andrew Cuomo has extended a series of executive orders that expired at midnight on Tuesday, a spokesperson for the governor told WBEN on Wednesday.
Among the orders is the controversial mandate that requires a food purchase with alcohol at a bar or restaurant. The spokesperson told WBEN the governor signed the executive order on Tuesday. However, information about the signature was not disclosed until Wednesday.
The executive orders will continue until May 6.
