
West Seneca, N.Y. (WBEN) - About six months after being listed on the market for sale, the 55 acres of land that makes up the site of the former Seneca Mall in the Town of West Seneca has been sold.
According to a report from Buffalo Business First on Friday, Pyramid Management Group, through an LLC, recently sold the site through two separate transactions for a combined roughly $22 million. The 55-acre property was originally listed for sale as a single parcel this summer.
Pyramid, through S&R Company of West Seneca Newco LLC, recently sold 12 vacant parcels at the site for $7.96 million to Benchmark Streamline LLC, according to Dec. 26 filings with the Erie County Clerk’s Office. The sale includes about 48 acres, a large chunk of the former mall site.
Pyramid also recently sold 355 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca, for $13.85 million to NS Retail Holdings LLC, according to recent filings. The commercial site, which houses the Tops Friendly Market, is about seven acres.
With these two transactions, all of the 55 acres of property has been sold.
According to county filings, Benchmark Streamline LLC is addressed as 4053 Maple Road, Amherst, the same address as the Benchmark Group, which develops, acquires and manages real estate.
Meanwhile, NS Retail Holdings LLC is listed at 2021 McKinney Street, Suite 1150, Dallas, the same address as NETSTREIT Corp. (NYSE: NTST), a real estate investment trust.
