Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - It's been a week in Buffalo and Western New York for sure.
We can argue over which community received the most snow, be it South Buffalo, West Seneca, Lackawanna or maybe Hamburg, but the bottom line is Buffalo, N.Y. is making headlines nationally for the feet of lake effect snow that fell across the region over the past week.
As much as 5 feet of snow is on the books for portions of the Buffalo metro area and the Buffalo Bills renewed their call for snow shovelers Friday, offering $20 an hour for help digging out Highmark Stadium before this Sunday's divisional playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
