Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - For a few minutes across the Buffalo-Niagara region and a pathway that stretched from Mexico to Newfoundland, Bobbie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart" was an earwork as millions witnessed the total eclipse of the sun Monday afternoon.
In Western New York, the clouds thinned just enough at times to allow for, at least, a partial viewing of the eclipse before total darkness set in as a result of the celestial wonder.
