Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Onlookers are flocking to the Buffalo Naval Park to see the incredibly stunning view of the USS The Sullivans, which is listing after taking on water.
Emergency repairs and assessment of the damage is underway and crews have been pumping water from the hull nonstop since discovering a problematic breach in the hull late Wednesday night.
