CLARENCE, N.Y. (WBEN).....Former Buffalo Sabres forward Alex Tuch has put his four-year-old Clarence house on the market with a $4.85 million asking price.
The listing went live this week.
The house is located at 5534 Herons Glen in Clarence's tony Spaulding Green subdivision.
Built in 2022 - one year after the Sabres acquired Tuch in the Jack Eichel deal with the Vegas Golden Knights - the 10,353-square-foot house has five bedrooms and is amenity-deep.
If the house is sold at or near the asking price, it will set a new benchmark for the sale of a private residence in Erie County -topping a $3.5 million sale recorded last year in Buffalo.
It would also be the largest residential transaction in Clarence's history.
Tuch, who is now with the Washington Capitals, after a June 26 "sign-and-trade" deal between the Sabres and Capitals.
Tuch signed an eight year contract worth $84 million that averages to $10.5 million annually.
