Grand Island, N.Y. (WBEN) - At least one home was hit by gunfire in Grand Island on Sunday during a car chase in the area of N. Colony Road and Fix Road.
Witnesses began calling police around 1:30 p.m. ET after they saw one vehicle chasing another before opening fire.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the chase.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office is asking residents in the neighborhood to check footage from their home security systems to help track down the suspect. Anyone with video of the incident is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (716)-858-2903.
