Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Hamburg man pleaded guilty to killing his sister.
67 year old Michael Oscuch pleaded guilty to manslaughter ahead of a jury trial scheduled for next month.
Back in May 2022, Osuch attacked his mother in their home on Bristol Road, hitting her in the head and body before she could escape and call for help.
Osuch dragged his 91 year old mother back inside. She was treated at ECMC for a fractured skull and a laceration to her head.
After that, Osuch attacked 72 year old Christine Osuch, who had gone inside to help her mother. Christine Oscuh died at ECMC.
Michael Osuch faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on May 16th.
He remains held without bail.
