Hamburg, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Hamburg man will serve 5 years in prison, followed by 10 years of post-release supervision for sexually assaulting two children between June of 2017 and April of 2022.
The Erie County District Attorney's office says Tyler Wilkinson, 28, of Hamburg, abused his first victim between June 1st of 2017 and April 30th of 2022.
Wilkinson then assaulted a preteen between June 1st and July 31st of 2021. The DA's office says Wilkinson knew both victims.
Wilkinson must register as a sex offender. A restraining order has been issued on behalf of the victims until March of 2048.
Wilkinson was found guilty of first degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child in January.
