Leaders in Hamburg are hoping Sunday will be the start of a new game-day tradition.
Alumni Park is hosting its first official Buffalo Bills Watch Partyon Big Tree Road, across the street from the new Highmark Stadium.
"This is going to be big," said John Livsey on WBEN. "It's a Bills game and there's nothing bigger in this town. It's going to be multi generational. We're going to use Jim Kelly Field as our stage and make it interactive."
It's called "Fandemonium Live." A three hour pre-game experience with music and special guests, including members of Bills alumni. Also, an interactive mini camp, with games, challenges and competitions on the brand new Jim Kelly Field. Plus, food, beverages, family activities and a large outdoor LED screen for the game.
"We'll have a cross of many different fans, across every age," added Livsey. "Ultimately we hope that we can make this something that every Bills fan looks forward to. We expect it to evolve week by week."
Opening day is this Sunday when the Bills take on the Texans in Houston. Watch parties are planned for all home and away games.
Gates open at 10am. The game kicks off at 1pm.
Alumni Park is located on Big Tree Road at the corner of Parker in Hamburg.
