Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - There's been a change in policy at Highmark Stadium when it comes to heated and battery operated clothing.
After being banned for a few years, fans can, once again, wear those types of jackets, vests and gloves into the game.
"We definitely encourage fans to wear warm clothing, and the battery operated clothing is a change," said Andy Major, Buffalo Bills Vice President of Operations and Guest Experience. "Fans can wear battery operated clothing. We made that change after a lot of fan feedback with our games now extending into January, it just made sense."
Major said the process of going through security should not be different or any more cumbersome than normal.
