BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN)......A pair of North Buffalo apartment buildings - constructed at the same time and neighbor each other - have been acquired by a local investment group.
Shone Striders LLC paid $1.895 million for what amounts to 24 apartments - spread among two buildings.
The complex that dates back to 1940, and is located at 1941-1945 Hertel Avenue and near Shoshone Park, had been owned by local investor Jason Wiseman.
And, in another commercial real estate deal:
* A multi-tenant, 25,000-square-foot office building at 1975 Wehrle Drive in Amherst sold for $1.91 million.
Investors For Our Boys/1975 Wehrle Realty Partners LLC bought the building, which dates back to 1970.
