CLARENCE, N.Y. (WBEN)......The sale of homes in Erie County going for north of $1 million continues with houses in Clarence and Orchard Park respectively each selling for north of the $1 million threshold.
With the two deals, Erie County has had 54 homes sell for more than $1 million and is on a pace to see more than 90 homes, this year, sell for more than the key $1 million benchmark - a major economic indicator within the region's residential real estate industry.
In the latest deal:
* A five-bedroom house at 5093 Rockledge Drive in Clarence went for $1.34 million.
The house is in the Spaulding Lake subdivision.
* And, in Orchard Park's Birdsong Estates, a five-bedroom house at 17 Woodthrust Trail sold for $1.3 million.
The 4,300-square-foot house was constructed in 2022.
